In the second half of 2014, we sent out a survey to our users to find out how we could make PhoneBurner better.

After reading through all of your feedback, we got to work… and soon after had implemented more than 20 improvements to our platform.
But rather than resting on our laurels, we decided to double down.
In February of this year, we sent out another survey, more detailed than the last. Soon after, we held a 2-day executive meeting to lay out our ambitious plans for the year ahead.

Your feedback and suggestions have been the foundation for what will be the most significant release of new features and functionality since we first launched.
The first phase is coming later this month.
Our lips are sealed as to the specifics, but rest assured these features will open up new opportunities for dialing, connecting with prospects, training, and managing teams.
Later in the year, even more is coming – including some features that you won’t find in any other power dialing or sales acceleration platform on the market.
