Connect Scores is a simple-to-activate add-on that lets you score numbers individually, in bulk, or live as you dial—so you can prioritize high-potential contacts and skip dead-end dials that hurt performance, morale, and number reputation.

How are Numbers Scored?

We use real-world carrier signals and call engagement data to score numbers Low, Medium, or High based on the likelihood of a live answer. High-score numbers offer the best chance at a conversation. On the other hand, fewer than 1 in 33 low-score numbers connect live, making them an inefficient and costly place to focus.

How do I use the scores?

There are two primary ways to use Connect Scores:

  1. Score numbers in advance—individually or in bulk. If you sort a contact list by Connect Score and then launch a dial session, you can ensure that your highest potential contacts will be called first.

  2. Score in real time as you dial, and automatically skip numbers below your chosen threshold. The “Score & Skip” method is the most hands-off and efficient way to put Connect Scores into action, and offers the greatest protection from dialing numbers with little to no chance of a live connection.
Do Connect Scores update over time?

Yes. Connect Scores are continually updated and refreshed based on a myriad of engagement signals and call metadata. A number that’s low today may improve over time—or vice versa—depending on ongoing activity. Scores are dynamic by design, helping you stay focused on the most up-to-date and accurate dialing priorities.
