Our Outreach integration requires an Outreach account, a PhoneBurner account, and a Salesforce account. Once you install the PhoneBurner for Outreach app, instructions and assistance will be provided to help you configure the integration.
You'll be able to dial directly from your Outreach CRM. Click the PhoneBurner icon and you'll see all sequences with call steps associated with them. From there, click "start dialing" to dial through all contacts that have a call step due.

Call Activities/dispositions will log automatically to Outreach. However, if you also want these call activities to show up in SalesForce, customers will need to ensure the Advanced settings for their CRM sync to Salesforce have the Calls option selected. You cannot retroactively update any activities so it will be important to have this set up correctly before starting a dial session.
