InstallOur Outreach integration requires an Outreach account, a PhoneBurner account, and a Salesforce account. Once you install the PhoneBurner for Outreach app, instructions and assistance will be provided to help you configure the integration.
You'll be able to dial directly from your Outreach CRM. Click the PhoneBurner icon and you'll see all sequences with call steps associated with them. From there, click "start dialing" to dial through all contacts that have a call step due.
Our app increases speed and reduces call reluctance compared to a click-to-call dialer by empowering reps to efficiently call through all contacts within a sequence at once. Additionally, PhoneBurner Tier 1 carrier reduces risk of spam flags and can dramatically increase answer rates, so reps engage more contacts live. Powerful workflow automation ensures call tasks and follow-up are handled, leaving reps fresh and focused on setting meetings and closing deals.
Call Activities/dispositions will log automatically to Outreach. However, if you also want these call activities to show up in SalesForce, customers will need to ensure the Advanced settings for their CRM sync to Salesforce have the Calls option selected. You cannot retroactively update any activities so it will be important to have this set up correctly before starting a dial session.
