Check Back Before 2023

Gratitude is always in season. But on the heels of Thanksgiving, we're feeling particularly grateful for your support. We'll never stop improving PhoneBurner to help you achieve your goals faster. Here are some updates from the past month. What can we build for you next?

‍

Deleting and Editing Notes

We're continuing to enhance the Notes experience to help you maintain better contact records. Deleted notes (and soon, edited notes) are logged in the Contact Change Log for your review. If you don't have this feature already, we'll be rolling it out to more accounts soon.

Tighter Proximity Targeting

Better targeting means you get more focused outreach. As requested, our advanced search now allows for more narrow zip radius targeting to facilitate prospecting in dense cities.

Coming Soon: More Control on Call Recordings

Do you ever want to stop call recording when a call gets transferred to another agent? We're updating your dial session recording settings to give you this additional flexibility.

New Resource: The Spam and Scam Call Economic Impact Report

Nearly 4 in 5 US businesses have lost revenue and eliminated jobs due to incorrect spam and scam flags on their outbound calls. Read our landmark study for more key findings, plus tactical steps that can elevate trust, answer rates, and call engagement. It's completely free, just click, read, and enjoy!

Check Back Before 2023

Make sure to come back before 2023 to see what we've got dropping in December. Until then, be sure to watch our webinars, read our blog posts, and engage with the new resources we've been launching—the Spam and Scam Call Economic Impact Report and the Sales Calls Statistics Report.
