Connect PhoneBurner to HubSpot
In PhoneBurner click, Initials → Integrations → HubSpot → Connect HubSpot, then select your HubSpot account and click Choose Account.

Set Up & Activate Integration
Map each PhoneBurner user to its matching HubSpot owner, toggle Log Recordings on/off in Settings (optional), then click Activate Integration.

Import HubSpot Contacts
Export contacts from HubSpot (first column = Record ID). In PhoneBurner, go Contacts → Import, upload your file, and map Record ID to HubSpot CRM ID.

Start Dialing & Monitor Activity
Launch a Dial Session to make calls and send emails, and watch each activity auto-log to its matching HubSpot contact.

Pause the Integration or Unlink Your Account
Log in to your PhoneBurner account and visit the Integration Settings page. Click on the HubSpot logo to access the integration. To suspend logging, click Pause Integration; to fully remove it, click Unlink Account and then confirm. That’s it! No action is needed inside of your HubSpot account, and uninstalling will have no impact on HubSpot user data.
