What a year it has been. Thanks for being such an important part of it 🙌.

We're ready to hit the ground running with you in 2024... but first, a brief pause to celebrate some 2023 wins. Here's a look at some of our favorite product milestones and feature releases from this past year.

Major milestones

📱 1 billion connected minutes -  Whoa. That's the equivalent of 19,000 years connected to the PhoneBurner system. We did that, together.

💁 Tier 1 carrier - In 2023, we became the only dialer to have a Tier 1 phone carrier. Your spam risk is reduced, and call deliverability and connection quality significantly enhanced by this big (and exlcusive) win.

🔄 Soc 2 Type II - Earning this certification - which is the gold standard for data security among digital companies in the US - delivers peace of mind, and is a testament to our ongoing commitment to security.

🏆 Awards aplenty - We racked up some serious awards on third-party sites, from "Best Results" to "Happiest Users" to "Best Support" to "Easiest to Use" to "Best ROI" and many more, and have you to thank!

🛡️Responsible CommunicationsTM - We launched our pioneering Trust & Safety initiative to safeguard your business and help you make calls with confidence, not fear.

📱 Number pools - Group phone numbers together for unparalleled flexibility over outbound and inbound call experiences.

🗣️ Live answer rates - From reducing spam flag risk, to our Tier 1 carrier, to unmatched support and remediation we're raising the bar on answer rates.

📡 Call recording pause - Pause & resume call recording during a live call to improve security and compliance.

▶️ Finish incomplete sessions - The "Recent Dial Sessions" table on your "Call History" tab allows you to name and finish incomplete dial sessions.

📅 Call from calendar - Need to remind prospects of upcoming meetings? Call a contact directly from a calendar appointment entry.

Contact management updates

☎️ Phone labels - Easily identify and distinguish between multiple numbers for the same contact.

📓 Streamlined notes experience - Now, notes are distinct, time and owner-stamped records that are easier to manage.

🔎 Advanced search - Filtering is more precise than ever with the ability to query multiple time zones and search numerical custom fields by range.

🗂️ Flexible folder sorting - Sort preferences are saved on a folder-by-folder basis giving you quicker access to the views you need.

Integration updates

Integration enhancements - We released new functionalty on top integrations including Salesforce, Zoho, and Zapier.

🔗 Webhook updates - From SMS opt outs to enhanced contact and call data, webhooks got multiple updates in 2023.

🏷️ API upgrades - We leveled up our API flexibility with DNC scrubbing and the ability to sync dropdown custom fields.

📊 Reporting wins - We improved the look and load speed of important reports. A new LeadStream report allows you to compare agent performance.

🌱 Infrastructure - Sizeable investments into our platform infrastructure bring new levels of performance, speed, and stability.
